Privacy and Data Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, limits on sensitive-data use, opt-out, or an appeal. Rights are subject to verification and legal exceptions.

We respond within the time required by applicable law. Many state laws allow 45 days and a permitted extension. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, and relationship to the requested data.

Facebook and Instagram (Meta) Data

If you or your organization connected Facebook or Instagram, AIO stores Meta / Facebook data such as email, profile information, Page identifiers, and access tokens. To delete that Facebook-connected data:

• Disconnect the Facebook or Instagram account in Connect or RAI Stream settings. This stops new access and deactivates the stored Page connection.
• Remove AIO from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites to revoke Meta permissions.
• Submit a deletion request with this form (choose "Delete my data" and mention Facebook) or email [email protected].

After we process the request, we remove or deactivate stored Facebook connections and stop using the tokens. Temporary copies may remain in backups or legally required records. More detail is in the Meta and Facebook section of our Privacy Policy.
